90-day Return Policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Submit a return request  Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.  1. Log in to your account:     1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".     2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.     3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click "Submit request".  If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

The best way to exchange an order is to simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have for a refund.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted when:

  • Items were purchased in the last 90 Days
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Items are unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  • Items are in their original condition and their original packaging or display box (please note the box must be unmarked/undamaged also)
  • REFUNDS

    We will process your refund the same day we receive your returned item[s]. Refunds can only be processed via your original payment method:

  • Credit Card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending on your financial institution
  • PayPal refunds will be processed in your PayPal account 1-2 business days after we receive your returned item
  • Afterpay refunds will be processed in your Afterpay account 1-2 business days after we receive your returned item
  • COST OF RETURNS

    You are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our online store. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If you believe your purchase arrived with a manufacturing fault, or you received something different to your original order, we'll be happy to cover the cost of the return.
