We use multiple courier companies with a delivery time between overnight and up to 10 business days after despatch. Our couriers deliver weekdays only. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address. Please note that if you want to ship to a PO Box address, you must choose Australia Post as your shipping method.
Authorisation to Leave (ATL)
All orders shipped by Rolling Warehouse Deals will contain an ATL - Authorization to Leave. This means that the courier company will leave the package/s without a delivery signature. If you are not present to receive the package, your delivery will be left at your door or in a position that the delivery driver deems secure. If the driver feels that there is not a secure position, they may choose to leave a call tag and return your delivery to a depot or Australia Post location of their choosing for collection.
